Yes it is. Due to the nature of this type of work, you will be the only person we talk to about your design unless you give us permission. Non Disclosure Agreements are welcome.

We can do most of the product design and even prototyping ourselves. That will save you a lot of money. If your project requires engineering, we can have an engineering firm prove out all of the required specifications and we can make any changes if needed. This is a much more efficient process when done this way. Your project will be done in a lot less time, and for a lot less money!

For drafting and 3d printing, my goal is to complete your project within 7 business days. Depending on your 3d print order, it may take longer, 3d printing is not very fast. Contract manufacturing has a lot of variables, it can be a week, or it could be a few months. It all depends on material availability, current workload, and processes needed. You will be given a lead time with your quote. If you need your parts quickly, I will do my best to make it happen, sometimes things can be expedited for an extra fee, it depends on the manufacturer.

the best way, If you have a file already, is to send it to me and I will give you a time estimate for the amount of parts you will want to have made. Otherwise purchase a few hours and I will contact you with your time required. At that point I can send you an invoice for the remaining time.

I will use the time left over for revisions if needed. They will expire after one year of purchase.

This will vary depending on the complexity of your part or assembly. You can always purchase the basic design and drafting package and I will let you know if it will take longer than the 3 hours. You could also send me an email with your product information and I can give you an estimate.
