I am a machinist with over 20 years of experience in producing a wide range of products. I have spent years running and programming CNC machines, drawing blueprints for our customers and our for own shop use. I have worked on several projects which have been patented across the globe, designed custom tooling and fixtures, and worked with customers to design parts to be manufactured efficiently.

3d protype parts and production runs are an available option. I have a 10"x10"x10" approx. build volume. This is a prototype part for a customer.
I love designing an making parts to make existing products more useable. This was a sunshade for an older scope that did not have one available. In regards to firearms, I have built several rifles and the tooling to work on various actions. I also reload bullets and have designed and built custom dies that were not available to purchase anywhere.

3d modeling of custom parts is helpful to see how assemblies work together before they get manufactured.
This is a custom 3d printed battery mount for a Go Kart. It is much more secure than the flim!sy factory mount that broke off the frame
We can design custom parts for pretty much anything. This was for a center cap on some aftermarket truck wheels. We ended up doing several different engraved logos for the customer.
